Clinical Programs- Product Intern

Progyny is seeking a Clinical Programs–Product Intern to support initiatives that strengthen product-market fit and measurable program outcomes. The Clinical Programs team at Progyny is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle (vision, design, implementation, and evaluation) of patient-centered, clinically rigorous programs that drive measurable health outcomes, member satisfaction, and client ROI across fertility, pregnancy & postpartum, parenting, and menopause.

Requirements

• Conduct and support user research (interviews, focus groups, surveys) across clinical programs
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations for strategic program improvement
• Identify unmet member and client needs across the program lifecycle
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Content teams to support product implementation and lifecycle marketing goals
• Contribute insights to improve top-of-funnel engagement and conversion
• Synthesis and presentation of user research findings and recommendations
• Development of a program guide and/or launch playbook that incorporates discovered insights
• Documentation and handoff materials to ensure continuity of work post-internship
