Eligibility Operations Solutions Analyst

We’re hiring a Solutions Analyst to lead operational processes for our external eligibility and enrollment vendor integration, and to help build and manage new workflows to support peak enrollment and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in insurance or benefits operations, systems/business analysis, or vendor integrations with direct experience in eligibility and enrollment to billing data flows.
• Hands‐on experience with data files, integrations and error handling.
• Demonstrated root‐cause analysis skills and an ability to translate technical findings into clear action plans for non‐technical stakeholders.
• Strong Excel (lookups, pivots), comfort with large datasets; familiarity with SQL for ad‐hoc validation is a plus.
