Weâre hiring a Solutions Analyst to lead operational processes for our external eligibility and enrollment vendor integration, and to help build and manage new workflows to support peak enrollment and ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in insurance or benefits operations, systems/business analysis, or vendor integrations with direct experience in eligibility and enrollment to billing data flows.
- Handsâon experience with data files, integrations and error handling.
- Demonstrated rootâcause analysis skills and an ability to translate technical findings into clear action plans for nonâtechnical stakeholders.
- Strong Excel (lookups, pivots), comfort with large datasets; familiarity with SQL for adâhoc validation is a plus.
