Project 180 seeks an experienced people leader to foster a positive workplace culture, supporting employees and leaders through performance management, coaching, and investigations. The Manager of People Experience will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on complex employee relations matters and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4–6 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or People & Culture roles
• Valid CA driver's license, auto insurance
