Job Description
Project Play is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, compassionate services to students under the guidance of BCBAs. The RBT will implement behavioral change therapy, collaborate with other service providers, and contribute to a positive work culture. This role offers opportunities for professional development, autonomy, and impact in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or in the process of a Bachelor's degree
- Willingness and ability to complete requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board during the first 3 months employment
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
- Clean driving record
- Strong organization skills
- Positive attitude
- Belief that all children can reach their full potential
- Physical Demands (lifting, standing, etc.)
