Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Project Play. As a RBT, you will provide individualized, compassionate services to clients under the supervision of BCBAs. You will work closely with the BCBA to collaborate consistently to provide engage care for all families. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or in the process of bachelor's degree
- Willingness and ability to complete requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board during the first 3 months employment
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
- Clean driving record
- Strong organization skills, a positive attitude, and a hold the belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports
