Job Description
Prokeep is seeking a Vice President, Customer Success to lead the post-sale customer journey, drive adoption of Order Engine, and build scalable systems and team infrastructure. The role will own executive and board-level reporting on customer health, retention, and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams
- Proven track record scaling CS teams at a growth-stage startup
- Experience managing through product or platform transitions
- Hands-on experience with CS and CRM tools (HubSpot and Planhat experience a plus)
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions and forecast accurately
