Human Resources Manager

ProMach is hiring a HR Manager to lead talent initiatives, manage employee life cycle, and support retention plans. The role involves creating operational HR strategy, managing benefits, and supporting corporate HR in administering benefit plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting multiple business units
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Advanced communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in design and implementation of training programs
• Ability to accurately diagnose organizational needs and use political awareness to gain support
• Track record of creating and executing effective sourcing and onboarding strategies
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
• Ability to travel 30% of the time
