We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive machinery sales within the Southeast territory. The role will involve building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers, analyzing data to evaluate projects, and negotiating contract terms.
Requirements
- Identify, develop, and maintain profitable relationships with end users, channel partners, and independent agents across the Southeast region
- Collect and analyze critical data to evaluate prospective projects and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, including pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications
- Negotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Facilitate post-sale administrative processes—coordinating specifications, product samples, and internal resources to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design optimal solutions and align pricing strategy
- Deliver expert technical and commercial insights during customer engagements
- Operate independently with a strong work ethic and minimal supervision
- Represent Ossid at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, records, and performance reports
