Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Billing Success Manager (BSM) who will serve as a Prompt billing expert to customers via our support channel, during customer onboarding, and will be an integral part of our BSM team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; substantial experience may substitute for formal education.
- Must have 3+ years in the medical billing industry
- Minimum of 2-3 years of billing experience for outpatient physical therapy clinics; substantial experience may substitute.
- Must have experience working in or with mid market RCM companies with 50 or more therapists preferably in a success role or RCM leadership role
- 2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience
- Must have a solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
- Strong technical skills
- Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Understanding and learning software is a passion of yours
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ready to embrace a fast-paced environment, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hours
- Prepared to grow quickly into your role and take on greater responsibilities as needed
- Able to work independently with minimal direction and oversight
