Commercial Business Development Representative, Spanish speaker

Proofpoint is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities for its Commercial sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms. This role will be responsible for gathering intelligence and developing a deep understanding of assigned accounts, connecting the sales team with influencers and decision makers, and managing email and cold-calling campaigns to generate new sales prospects.

Requirements

• Highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and good attention to detail
• Previous experience with solutions that can be deployed in private or public clouds (a plus)
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM (a bonus)
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Previous experience working and succeeding in a goal-driven environment (preferred)
