Engineering Program Manager III

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Program Manager in software development
• Basic understanding of software development processes and the ability to manage dependencies and deliverables effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to handle shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain composure under pressure
• Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence)
