Proofpoint is a global leader in human- and agent-centric cybersecurity, and we're seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead a team of engineers driving the evolution of our Supplier Threat Protection product.
Requirements
- Lead, grow, and coach team members to build talent over the long term and expand their capabilities
- Identify, recruit, interview, and hire software engineers to help teams scale effectively
- Take ownership of the product's architecture to ensure cost effectiveness, reliability, scalability, and long term sustainability
- Partner with product and detection teams to drive improvements to our detection logic to better identify compromised accounts and other classifications
- Eliminate complexity, automate the mundane, and build systems that are easy to maintain and scale
