Professional Services Consultant - Data Security

Proofpoint is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to oversee implementations and consultative engagements for the Proofpoint Data Security products. The role involves developing new services, implementing best practices, and assisting in customer escalations. The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing roles, IT consulting, and data security concepts.

Requirements

• 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with Data Security: Data Security Posture Management, Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, and/or Cloud Security concepts.
• Proficiency in Windows Server environment
• Basic understanding of Linux infrastructure.
• Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication
