Medical Information Specialist-Toxicology

ProPharma is seeking a Medical Information Specialist-Toxicology to provide product safety information to consumers, end users, and healthcare professionals, and to document adverse event reports and product quality complaints.

Requirements

• RN, RPh, PharmD, DVM or equivalent
• Current license appropriate with degree or equivalent
• Proficient computer knowledge and computer keyboarding skills
• Professional telephone etiquette; active listening and pleasant speaking voice
• Able to translate complex medical information to consumers and health care professionals
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills; with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Able to project professionalism and maintain composure in handling difficult situations and in times of stress
