Medical Information Specialist-Toxicology

ProPharma is seeking a Medical Information Specialist-Toxicologist to perform intake and document adverse event reports and product quality complaints, provide product safety information to consumers, and notify clients as outlined in notification guidelines.

Requirements

• RN, RPh, PharmD, DVM or equivalent degree
• Current license appropriate with degree or equivalent
• Proficient computer knowledge and computer keyboarding skills
• Professional telephone etiquette; active listening and pleasant speaking voice
• Able to translate complex medical information to consumers and health care professionals
