Prophix is seeking a Partner Business Development Representative to accelerate partner ecosystem growth by supporting two high-impact motions: Partner Recruitment Support and Partner-Sourced Lead Development. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and structured lead nurturing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development, business development, partner development, or related role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach and run confident discovery conversations.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed activity and meeting-booked goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and ability to prioritize targets across multiple partner types and lead sources.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement/enrichment tools (e.g., Outreach, DemandBase, Clay).
- Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple sequences, stakeholders, and handoffs.
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
- Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
- Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
