Value Stream Manager

Value Stream Manager is responsible for leading the manufacturing process, prioritizing safety, and driving operational efficiency to meet customer demands and cost targets.

Requirements

• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to motivate, communicate and lead continuous improvement
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Solid planning, organization, and administrative skills
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 Years of leadership experience required
• Experience managing other managers desired
• Greenbelt certification desired
• Manufacturing management experience, preferably in a team-based environment a plus
• Project management experience
