Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! The Technical Support Specialist will work alongside our IT Manager and team members in providing technical support for our employees at offices nationwide.
Requirements
- Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience
- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees to resolve technological issues.
