Requirements
- Provide Customer Support for external customers
- Utilize PTC’s case management tool to track or log tickets, defects, and enhancement requests
- Create and maintain knowledge articles for customers and internal use
- Escalating issues to testers and developers as needed
- Ability to investigate, document, and describe defects and customer use cases
- Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) knowledge is a plus
