Role Overview

Pubity Group is looking for a Talent Manager to identify, attract, and place talent across commercial and editorial opportunities. This is a dual-facing role, sourcing and booking talent for brand partnership campaigns and original programming, social formats, hosted content, and shows development.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in talent management, talent booking, or a related role
• Demonstrable experience booking talent for both commercial and editorial contexts
• Existing network of talent contacts, agents, and managers
• Strong negotiation skills across deal terms, fees, usage rights, and exclusivity
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple bookings, negotiations, and relationships at once
