The role involves shaping the professional brand and commercial strategy of your assigned talent, identifying opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and securing partnerships that drive meaningful growth for both creators and brands.
Requirements
- Experience working in talent management or a related field such as influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing
- A strong understanding of the creator economy and how creators, platforms, brands, and audiences connect
- A commercially driven mindset, with a track record of generating new business and securing partnerships
