Requirements

• Proven track record in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
• Established roster of talent
• Strong commercial instincts paired with a creative, brand-building mindset
• Established network of brand, agency, and industry relationships
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and the social media landscape
• Skilled negotiator with experience structuring and managing commercial contracts
