Policy HR Analyst (Lead/Senior) (Compensation and Org Design) responsible for leading policy transformation initiatives, developing policy acumen, and driving thought leadership in public service compensation policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in policy development and/or HR work
- Experience in policy and/or government environments a plus
- Strong analytical abilities, data-driven with detail orientation
- Curiosity about problems and the why, and resourcefulness to navigate the macro context
