Senior Backend Engineer, Core Product

Pulley is a company that helps founders manage their equity more easily. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and ship the systems that power our core equity platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems
• Strong proficiency in Go
• Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and persistence best practices
• Experience designing APIs and working closely with frontend teams
• Strong product sense and ability to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable systems
• A collaborative mindset — you work well with product, design, and other engineers
