We are seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of the HCP365 platform. The ideal candidate is client-focused, technically curious, and comfortable presenting complex analytics and technology to a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years in account management, customer success, or client services within digital marketing, ad tech, martech, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare marketing clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital analytics, campaign measurement, or marketing data platforms preferred.
