Global Digital Change Manager responsible for leading the company-wide change management pillar of Puratos' digital transformation, accelerating adoption, enabling new ways of working, and strengthening digital culture across all functions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change, capability building or similar roles
- Master's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Digital Transformation or a related field
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and proven experience delivering end-to-end change programs
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their adoption challenges in complex, multinational environments
- Strategic thinker with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience in capability building, workforce planning, role redesign and future-of-work initiatives
- Resilient, collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity, differing digital maturities and evolving business needs
