Global Digital Change Manager will lead the company-wide change management pillar of Puratosā digital transformation, accelerating adoption, enabling new ways of working, and strengthening digital culture across all functions. The role will shape the future workforce by defining global capability-building strategies, developing digital skills, and supporting leaders through transformation.
Requirements
- A senior change leader with 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change, capability building or similar roles, ideally in an international or manufacturing context.
- Masterās degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Digital Transformation or a related field.
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and proven experience delivering endāto-end change programs.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their adoption challenges in complex, multinational environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in capability building, workforce planning, role redesign and futureāofāwork initiatives.
- Resilient, collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity, differing digital maturities and evolving business needs
