We're seeking a GTM Solutions Lead to partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive scalable go-to-market strategies, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- Experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or business systems roles (Sales focus preferred)
- Strong experience leading cross-functional projects and programs
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions and roadmaps
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with GTM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight, etc.)
- Experience working closely with technical teams (e.g., systems architects, developers, admins)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
