Job Description
This is an OTE (On-Time Offer) position for a Center Medical Director in a physician-led primary care organization focused on delivering affordable VIP care to seniors. The role involves managing the team, managing the PCP and NP, and prioritizing patient population growth, with a focus on value-based care and location-based wellness services.
Requirements
- Board Certified in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- Clear/ Active Medical License in state of employment
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and regionally
