Pursuit is seeking a highly driven, relationship-oriented Account Executive to help scale employer partnerships and drive successful job placements for Pursuit Builders entering new careers.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, recruiting, or a related client-facing role
- Proven track record of hitting quotas, targets, or measurable business outcomes
- Experience owning a full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting and closing
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can confidently represent Pursuit externally
- Energized by ambitious goals, fast-moving environments, and pipeline-driven work
- Scrappy, resilient, and resourceful when navigating challenges or building new relationships
- Experience in consultative or service-oriented sales environments preferred
