Redzone has an exciting opportunity for a Partner Director to lead the development and expansion of our Redzone partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. This high-impact role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing strategic partners to drive incremental revenue and market penetration for QAD Redzone's market-leading connected workforce solution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, partner management, partner team management, or business development within the enterprise application or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing a partner ecosystem in the EMEA region
- Experience with manufacturing technology, IIoT, MES, or connected workforce solutions is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the QAD Redzone solution is a major advantage
- Demonstrable experience in driving partner-sourced revenue and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and standard office applications
- Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages (German, French, etc.) are a significant plus
