We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead new business growth and expand existing accounts for QPS's Bioanalytical and Preclinical services across the Nordic region.
Requirements
- Strong and demonstrated BD experience in a CRO laboratory sales environment working with bioanalytical and preclinical services
- Proven track record of driving new business and expanding accounts within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector
- Established book of business and industry contacts in the Nordic region
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
