Requirements
- Reporting changes in resident health and completing daily data sheets
- Ensuring accurate and effective medication management according to The Blake standards
- Distributing prescribed medications to residents and maintaining medical records
- Assisting with dining and activities to engage residents
- Assisting with resident activities and providing support as directed
