Seeking a Director to provide direction to the organization, formulate a clear future vision, and translate it into concrete choices and priorities. The Director will be visible and effective outside the organization, maintain sustainable relationships with municipalities, and contribute to the development of new revenue models and forms of cooperation.
Requirements
- A successful track record as the final responsible person within a comparable context.
- Political-administrative sensitivity and demonstrable network within municipalities, supervisory authorities, or other public stakeholders, preferably in the eastern provinces.
- Experience with or demonstrable affinity with the social domain and target groups with a distance from the labor market.
- Experience with developing and implementing new revenue models or reevaluating an existing business model within the non-profit sector.
- Insight into governance, financial management and accountability within a (semi-)public or socially driven organization.
- Ability to lead a multidisciplinary management team, with a focus on cooperation, clarity, and results.
