Requirements

• At least fifteen years of relevant experience in infrastructure development and financing in emerging markets.
• Strong track record (10+ years) in managing complex, impact-driven programmes, preferably in concessional or blended finance settings.
• Proven ability to lead, grow, and develop teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Dutch is an advantage.
