As Enterprise Sales Lead, you will develop and realize strategic commercial tracks at large enterprise organizations, guiding customers in modernizing their IT landscape and positioning solutions in hybrid cloud, datacenter infrastructure, and mission-critical platforms.
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or strategic account management
- Demonstrable experience in selling complex IT solutions (hardware, software, and services)
- Experience with long sales cycles, bid, and tender processes, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Track record of achieving large commercial deals in enterprise environments
- Experience with hybrid cloud, datacenter infrastructure, software platforms, or digital transformation solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate business issues into technological solutions
- Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management at senior level
- Entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and able to lead complex commercial processes independently
- Fluent in Dutch and English
