Enterprise Account Executive

Qualtrics is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to expand its presence in Hong Kong. The role involves selling the Qualtrics Experience Management platform to leading enterprises, governments, NPOs, and academic institutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SaaS selling experience, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, and strong storytelling and consultative selling capabilities.

Requirements

• Skilled in managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with senior stakeholders and end-users
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
• Strong storyteller who can translate product features into tailored value propositions
• Self-directed and resourceful with a relentless drive to achieve KPIs
• Clear and persuasive communicator, able to engage cross-functional teams and customers effectively
• Comfortable navigating bilingual (Cantonese and Mandarin) environments and tailoring communication accordingly
• Experienced with SaaS or disruptive technology sales, demonstrating competitive spirit and resilience
