We are looking for a Tech. Support Lead who will build, set up, and develop long-term internal support for our trading environment. This is a new role standing at the intersection of support, DevOps, and engineering, with direct impact on trading stability and daily team efficiency.
Requirements
- Technical Support experience with production systems and solving incidents
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and monitoring, alerting, and logging tools
- Cloud or Kubernetes experience is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
