Job Description
Telecommunications Operations Specialist responsible for analyzing information requirements and evaluating problems in workflow, organization, and planning to develop operational improvements.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience in the supervision of telecommunications operations and personnel
- Demonstrated use and understanding of telecommunications systems and other applications systems supporting telecommunications business functions to include 9-1-1
