Executive Assistant (Financial Background Required)

We are seeking a highly organized and financially skilled Executive Assistant to support our leadership team, with a focus on financial document handling, advanced Excel skills, and report production.

Requirements

• Proven Executive Assistant or Finance-related support experience
• Strong financial understanding (cash flow, P&L, balance/income statements)
• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to commit long-term
