Senior Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join a small, high-impact team at Quo. The role involves building strong customer relationships, driving adoption and expansion, and influencing how we evolve our Customer Success motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Marketing
• Strong product sense and understanding of customer needs
• Natural cross-functional collaborator
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to run experiments and measure results
• Experience using marketing or customer success tools
