• Manage business relationships with customers and carriers
• Ensure freight is covered and on-time delivery
• Recruit and source contract carriers
• Negotiate rates with partner carriers
• Dispatch carriers and update loads in transportation management system
• Track and trace freight movements
• Communicate with carriers and internal business partners
• Provide unmatched customer service
