Duty Manager

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Duty Manager for our front office department to join our friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Duty Manager, you’ll take ownership of the property in the absence of Heads of Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous Duty Manager experience within a Front Office environment (ideally 4-star or above)
• A high attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
