Requirements
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role within a Bistro, restaurant, or premium hospitality environment
- Experience within a 4ā5 star hotel, club, or resort highly regarded
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- A confident, hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
