Food & Beverage Supervisor - Bars role at RACV City Club. Lead day-to-day bar operations, create a fun and professional environment, deliver exceptional service and quality. Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a boutique bar or high-volume bars required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a boutique bar or high-volume bars
- A passion for the beverage industry with a strong passion for whiskey and premium spirits
- Knowledge of cocktail, beer and wine also required
- A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service
- Victorian RSA essential, barista and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded
