
Job description
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users in resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Maintain and support various IT systems and tools used within the organization.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux, Mac, and Windows endpoints, manage user accounts and permissions, and administer collaboration tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach are required. Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications are advantageous.
