Join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner Float and work with clients in various programs to provide support, rehabilitation, and treatment. Variety of hours and schedules, with emphasis on working in community-based intensive treatment settings.
Requirements
- Provide direct services to residents
- Complete paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously and in an organized manner
- Co-facilitate or facilitate psychoeducational groups
- Administer medications under supervision of facility's nurse
- Assist therapists in developing treatment plans
- Attend all team meetings as scheduled
- Teach and develop independent living skills
