Job Description
Join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner Float and provide support, rehabilitation, and treatment to individuals in various programs. Variety of work schedule with evenings and overnights shifts.
Requirements
- Provide direct services to residents
- Responsible for providing staff coverage and ensuring facility security
- Complete paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously
- Co-facilitate psychoeducational groups
- Administer medications under supervision
- Teach and develop independent living skills
- Assist in discharge planning
- Maintain familiarity with applicable Minnesota Statues or rules
