The role is central to translating strategic growth objectives into actionable sales programs and managing the associated change management efforts.
Requirements
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership and department heads
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Own sales enablement program design and execution
- Schedule and facilitate high-impact, cross-functional workshops and meetings
- Implement advanced sales process improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for any sales content or tool-related issues
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Marketing
- Regularly update comprehensive sales enablement documentation
- Continuously evaluate, recommend, and lead the implementation of cutting-edge tools and software
