Sales Enablement/GTM Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement/GTM Manager to drive the success of our product launches and market strategies by equipping our sales teams with the tools, training, and insights they need to excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, program management, or a related role
• Proven ability to create and execute successful sales enablement programs that drive measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decisions and improve performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
